Murray & Michelle moved to Cambridge from Auckland in 2001, and took on the role of Senior Leaders of the church in 2003. They have 6 children. Murray was involved in church leadership for many years in Auckland.
Graham & Lynette both grew up in the district and have also lived here for their entire married life. They have a passion for welcoming and integrating new people into the
church, and oversee the ‘deacons’ group in the church. For a number of years Lynette has been responsible for the Clothing Exchange. Graham & Lynette have 4 children.
Dave & Jess Maugham lead the youth group ministry and have strong pastoral hearts. A couple with 3 young children they have busy lives yet are strongly focussed on making a positive difference in the lives of others. Having Dave in our leadership team (ably supported by Jess) is an expression of our desire to go after growing and developing younger emerging leaders and be an effective multi-generational church.
The aspect of praise and worship is a high value within the overall expressions that form a part of Bridges Church. We are very fortunate to have Malcolm Aish leading a large team of gifted musicians, singers and technical support people. Malcolm has had extensive involvement as a musician in a range of contexts and his skill set and ability in leading the team is a fantastic gift to Bridges.
Crispin & Bernie have been faithfully involved in this church for over 25 years. In that time they have had a number of ministries including children church, small groups, middle
school and youth groups. Their heart and commitment to see Bridges become everything God would have the church to be is very evident in the way they love and serve people. They have 3 children.
Bernette Bernard is our office administrator, with Adrienne Windsor being a ‘part-time’ member of our ‘admin team’.
